A Swiss platinum open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1925. An ultra thin nickel lever movement with 18 jewels. Silvered dial with applied platinum Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and heavy moon hands. A case with the monogram ADM on the snap-on back. Dial, case and movement signed. Comes with an associated 18 carat white gold chain.
