A Swiss platinum open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1925. The manual wind nickel lever movement with 18 jewels and a bimetallic balance. Silvered dial with applied Breguet numerals, outer dot minute divisions, constant seconds at 6 o’clock and heavy moon hands. The case with a monogram on the brushed snap-on back. Dial, case and movement signed.
