14k rose gold case, polished, reeded band, gold dome. Enamel dial, radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, blued Breguet hands. Specially designed bridge movement, shaped to form: 1776, the year of the United States Declaration of Independence, patented calibre “Patented May. 9. 1882”, German silver, gold screw compensation balance, counterpoised lever.
